Several BDCTA members competed successfully at the USDF Region 3 Championships.  Members competing were Holly Scherzer, Lauri Trimm, and Christy Scotch.

Congratulations to Susan Waldron - our 2006 Volunteer of the Year!

Fun Awards for 2006:

A very nice stock pin went to Celeste Raines for being our Spiffiest Dresser of 2006.

Jerry Busenitz came away with a t-shirt we're sure he'll be proud to wear being our Super Duper Spouse of 2006.

Paula Padelford will be sporting a rain poncho and chamois to wipe water off next time around for her Soaked Right Through Award.

And finally, Kathi Wiley received a roll of duct tape to tape complainers’ mouths shut, or perhaps to hold her exploding head together, along with a "Talk to the Hoof" hat for Grace Under Pressure for 2006.

Our annual Hunter Pace was held in October, and the winners are listed below:

Jane Calamusa qualified for the Regional Championships at Poplar Place.  On top of qualifying for Regionals, she had wonderful scores in her First Level rides as well.  Congratulations once again Jane, and we look forward to seeing you at the Regional Championships!

Jane Calamusa had a great weekend at Good Horseman in Conyers.  Jane and Tenby were First in their First Level Test 1 class AND Second in their Training Level Test 4!   Congratulation Jane! 

Roulette and Kelli Agnew began this season at Conyers also, scoring well in Training Level.  While at Conyers, Rou and Tenby were sharing their 'hotel' with the famous Budweiser Clydesdales, along with their entourage of grooms, drivers, and of course the famous donkey and Dalamatian.
